Prior to the furnishing of a home, great thought goes into the planning. Magnolia Design Studios can work closely and seamlessly with your architect and builder by creating floor plans and preliminary lighting plans. Working side by side with you in the selection of exterior finishes such as brick, stucco, and roofing, as well as interior finishes such as wood, marble, granite, ceramic flooring and counter tops. We also guide the client with design choices related to cabinetry, carpet, plumbing and lighting fixtures, hardware and paint selections.

Many of you have wonderful furnishings and accessories. We only need to "fill in the blanks". Magnolia Design Studios can assist you by going room to room and recommending ways to complete each room either by re-upholstering existing furniture, adding new drapery treatments, additional furnishings, wall treatments, and/or accessories.
