Felicia Zannino-Baker was born and raised in Baltimore City.  She currently resides in Washington, DC.  After receiving  her BFA in Interior Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art, she held management positions at the Washington Design Center, within a high-end residential design firm and in retail home furnishings, gathering knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the Interior Design Industry.

In 2000 she founded Magnolia Design Studios, a residential design firm based in Washington DC.  In 2005 she opened Magnolia Designs, a home furnishing and art gallery located in Baltimore, Maryland.  In addition to home furnishing, accessory and interior design services at the Baltimore location, Magnolia Designs also represents artwork exclusively from Maryland artists and hosts "Meet the Artist" openings on a regular basis throughout the year. The designer has been published both locally and nationally.
